Club Penguin have made a new blog post that there will be lots of new things in cp they specifically mention new rooms and games and a new mission with Herbert the polar bear.
They also posted a silhouette image.
A. Herbert The Polar Bear this means that there will be a new mission (mission 11) in 2010.
B. Giant Squid from Aqua Grabber this could be symbolizing new mini-games or new levels in Aqua Grabber.
C. A Puffle could mean there will be more colour puffles or puffles will be able to do more things.
